Great set!
As a bigger woman I wanted larger chairs that I would be comfortable in. I love these! They were super easy to put together, they are sturdy, the cushions are very nice and comfortable and the set looks great!

Beautiful Set
Very sturdy and appearance well worth the money. My husband just said he wish the chairs were larger. But the set are in our favorite room , our sunroom.

Beautiful Resort Style Set!
Really loved how this set turned out, looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely comfortable and high quality. Also, the customer service is really great! I had an issue with one of the packages getting stolen and the customer service representative went above and beyond to work things out with me!

Surprisingly good quality.
We were very please with the quality and comfort. Assembly is not difficult, a little tedious. Just follow the directions. They look more expensive than the price. Gray color is very pleasing. Overall very satisfied!

Nice set for the money!
I like this set! It just fits on our small front porch. It came in 3 different and arrived at different times in the span of two weeks. My husband and I put it together in a couple of hours. Read instructions carefully... My husband wishes the chairs were a little larger. He's a little over 6 ft. tall. But, overall a nice set for the money!

I am a Property Manager. The building I manage had a balcony off of the Library that had nothing on it. I found this set n it was PERFECT! Easy to assembly, sturdy and stylish!

The kidney pillow wasn't very comfortable swapped out the pillow now its fine.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
