For the price they are a nice addition to the pool deck and strong enough to hold a 250lb adult male. Not sure how many years of use I will get from them.

PERFECT!!! This set is so easy to set up. You simply take out of the box and unfold - that is it!!! I have a bad back and it was no problem lifting at all. The set is gorgeous on my deck and extremely comfortable!

Lighter than I expected but comfortable. We live in Vegas where wind gusts can get up to 50mile / hour and a few times I had to pull them outta the pool but other than that they are comfortable !!!

I shopped for 2 loungers for a bit, but did not want to spend a fortune on something I sit on occasionally outside. These are portable, solid, looks great and price is wonderful compared to others out there. For the price, go for it!

I love this set!! Everything came folded up, no assembly is required. The cushions hang on over the headback so they stay in place,
Along with help from the tie downs. This set is very solid and sturdy, the material seems extremely weather resistant. Im very happy with it :)

We love these chairs! They simply unfold straight out of the box. The fact that they can fold and be stored is wonderful in the Florida Panhandle as the weather changes very quickly. They are very comfortable so far. I am unsure of the durability as one of the cushions already has a small hole in it.So far that is the only negative.

Beautiful set! They are definitely pool side level, so if you have a hard time getting out of a chair these are not for you. I recommend them for the price and quality, which are both very good. The package does not include any bubble wrap protection which makes it less than a 5. I believe if they shipped it appropriately it would get that rating.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
