Seems to be a good stand
Packaged well and is very heavy on its own. Did not have much winds lately so will update if things go bad. So far looks good.Maneuverability depends on how strong you are :)

nice & heavy
I've only had it for a few days, and haven't really needed to open the umbrella yet, but it is a nice, heavy base. I love that it's flat and square, unlike so many other ugly umbrella bases. I'll update my review if anything goes wrong, but so far, so good.

Heavy! Good!
I¡¯m a strong guy but it was heavy to carry two handed. I actually found it easier to carry it in one arm like carrying a textbook in high school. The pole is also solid but manageable. Assembly is easy.

Best stand! Keeps umbrella in place even in wind!
I have been through many stands and this one keeps our umbrella in place. I never have to worry about the umbrella flying out of the stand or the stand tipping over. Finally!

We searched a long time for an umbrella holder that would keep our outdoor umbrella in place, even in the wind. This is the best, most well made design I have ever found.

This has held our umbrella quite well! It's actually very windy right now and it's not even budging.
Very sturdy and heavy duty. Our umbrella barely moves in a pretty strong wind. Exactly what we needed! High recommend.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
