Close it if its windy or raining
I really like it there don't seem like there nothing wrong with it. I read some after I bought it and I was like all %"&-%*;+'*$! But I after I got it I seemed strong and it been outside ever since. Now I must say you have to let it down if its windy outside or raining you stupid if you don't that's just common sense. Its raining right now and mine is closed.

Perfect Patio upgrade
Beautiful color. It may fade from FL sun in the future but it will still be pretty. Quality good- we usually replace every 2 - 3 years. Price is well worth it. Because table is inside a pool lanai, I had to cut 2 1/2 inches off of the lower pole due to necessary table location but it¡¯s perfect now & still high enough! Love sitting out there. Would purchase again

Beautiful Shade
Great size and quality made. I love the color I got. No need to try and find one at the store and drag it home. Have it delivered! In fact, I did buy one at the store to add to the yard and when I got it out of the packaging realized it didn't have the center pole to attach the umbrella to. Then I had to put it back in the car and go through the hassle of returning it. This particular green I got is quite stunning, even in a rather boring yard. I can only imagine how this would look in a pool area! The handle to put the umbrella up and down works very well. I tend to leave mine out all summer and put it down if there is rain in the forecast. Easily storable and quickly removable from the pole if you need to take it down for wind.

Good quality for the price
QUALITY: It's not built like a $300+ umbrella, but it looks nice, holds it's color after a year in the sun, and seems like it will last for 3-5 years which is pretty standard for even expensive umbrellas. at 1/3 the price, these are a much better option.

works for my needs
I also purchased a UV, waterproof umbrella cover to go over the umbrella when not in use. Take care of your things and they should take care of you. As far as looks , this was PERFECT for my needs , looks absolutely stunning in the area I am using it in and it is a very nice addition to my seating and garden area.

Great umbrella that¡¯s inexpensive!
So far so good. I¡¯ve had it a week and it looks nice. I¡¯ll be interested to see how it holds up over time. The sticker on the handle is backwards showing which way to crank it ....to raise up or down ....but other than that I have no complaints so far.

Great deal!
I was hesitant to purchase this since there are so many umbrellas on the market, and I wasn't sure it would be durable since it was on the cheaper end. I'm very pleased with it! it matches my pool liner perfectly. Only negative is that it makes a creaky sound when you wind it up and down or when the wind blows hard. I would buy this again, and I think it is just as good as the more expensive ones out there!

great on my patio
I loved the umbrella so much that I ordered another one for my second patio table! The umbrella was easy for me to put together, just two pieces. The mechanism works well to open and close it. It's quite sturdy, although I will have to wait for the first storm to see how well it fares.

Attractive Patio Umbrella
This product completely met our needs. We wanted one that was somewhat smaller, had a hand crank. It is easy to crank and works great. It would be nice to have a few more color options

Easy to assemble and use
I had a small deck built and this was the perfect size. It was easy to put together and easy to use! It keeps the sun off almost my entire deck.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
