    We have taken this chair on several camping trips now. My husband has a very bad back and he says it is very comfy, in fact, he has spent a lot of time napping in it. One of the nuts has needed retightening a few times, but we always have a Leatherman with us which comes in handy for that.

    Best thing I've purchased this year! It reclines to a SUPER comfortable angle and you can just sleep. And storage is a breeze. 3 seconds to just fold it in half. I get to relax on my back porch with ease.

    This is a great chair! The first time I used it, I accidentally fell asleep in it for an hour. It is so comfy! The lock mechanism isn¡¯t very effective at some positions but I am also pretty heavy too.

    I bought this for my mom. She has dementia and when I¡¯m working outside she wants to be near me. It¡¯s comfortable and easy to move around. The price is better than you can buy in the store.

    This chair is amazing! It¡¯s the most comfortable reclining, lawn chairs I¡¯ve ever sat/laid on! It¡¯s portable, and easy to fold/unfold. The price is right for this chair. Overall I highly suggest purchasing this chair.

    Great for outdoor lounging. Wish it had a cup holder, however was able to order one on amazon that fits perfectly.

    It¡¯s easy to use and easy to store. She was initially nervous of how much balance it would take to sit comfortably but it was a zero issue once she got it in. Great gift!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
