    grew up sitting in all kinds of folding chairs when camping. This thing is like a little piece of heaven when away from home. I have even considered getting rid of my recliner and putting this in the living room.

    I bought several of these. They fold up very easily. My only complaint is that they aren't that great about locking in place and staying there. Any movement in the chair and they'll push forward from the locked position. Above average comfort.

    This chair is AMAZING! Everyone wants to sit in this chair. It is comfortable, moves with ease and is easy to put up and down. The only thing I wish it had was a cup holder. But for the comfort this chair provides I can live without it!

    Not for more taller people. I am 5 foot 8 inches and I think that is about it. My feet hand over but very comfortable.

    The lock isn¡¯t trustworthy but that could be because I¡¯m a bit bigger. Overall a great chair, comfortable.

    I'm in a wheel chair so I was not sure if it would be sturdy and steady enough when I transfer. I had no problem at all! It is just right. Good support and steady on it's legs.

    These are great. My only issue with them is that the bars that hold the foot rest up tend to move and it falls down. Wish it locked into place or something. Other than that, it¡¯s great for the price and we use them all the time.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
