Very nice lots of complements. Just the right height . Bought other ones had to return. Just a little to high. Had to kinda had to climb. These just sit and slide. Not jumping down.

Good quality great price
We have a deck that overlooks the ocean and regular chairs left our eyesight looking at the railing so we got these bar height chairs and they are perfect! I was wondering about the quality because of such a good price but my husband is a general contractor and put them together and said they were very good quality. We love them in fact I ordered another set

They dry fast
Love these stools. They are light weight but strong. I use them for a out door bar and they are the perfect height. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was they were hard to put together. I would buy them again.

Easy to assemble
I read a lot of the comments, and I took one person's advice. When assembling, do not tighten the screws, all the way, until it is completely together. This made the assembly process much easier, especially when lining up the holes. Ordered two more chairs. Hopefully, they stand up to the weather. The price was right too.

Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy to Put Together
I first ordered 4 of these chairs, put them together myself (that's for the ladies out there) and was really impressed with the sturdiness of them, how comfortable they were, and how they would go with lots of different decors. So I ordered 2 more. Now I have a full set for my outdoor table and I'm very pleased with them.

I don¡¯t understand people that had difficulties assembling these. Will echo what others have said. Put all the screws in before tightening. Observe the direction of the back support.For the price, these are a great deal. They look wonderful around my deck bar. The delivery was crazy fast. I¡¯m thinking next day. Overall. Nice chair

I have had these chairs for almost 2 years. They sit under my garden which gets a lot of rain. This past year was the ultimate test due to snow, rain, cold air, and they have held up beautifully through all the weather. great product.

Very nice chairs.
These chairs were paired with a bistro table. They are the perfect height and are very stable on a flat surface. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
