Great purchase, comfortable chairs
We needed outdoor barstools that were tall enough to see over our pony wall. These do the trick. Love the foot rest. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Love them!

surdy and beautiful
It it sturdy and very high. And it is easy to install and does not takes a lot of time. I use it in my yard for relax. it matches the beautiful scene outside and i really enjoy life with it.

Professional standard
This is nice hardwood, good hardware. I bout a warentee for outdoor furniture but I don't think I will need it. This is industry strength. Like quality what a inspectors wants in a restaurant for safety standards. Nice.

Wonderful, sturdy, easy to put together!
Love these chairs! I had been searching for months on end for these and was happy to find a set of two for a decent price. They arrived on date stated, my husband and I had them both assembled in about an hour, maybe even a little less. Instructions were very clear, all parts were included. No complaints whatsoever. Now we can enjoy our front porch!

This is seriously the best set of chairs I¡¯ve ever gotten. They are super cute. Great color that has been painted thoroughly (so it doesn¡¯t look like there are spots missing in the cracks of the chair or anything) and veeerrry comfy for a hard chair. Just follow the instructions word for word and take your time, and if you so you¡¯ll find that the chair does NOT wobble and is super sturdy. Also... it ended up being perfect height for my balcony and table

not stable
These chairs look great and were relatively easy to assemble. The problem is that they wobble... they are not stable unless someone heavy is sitting on them. They are also very hard and upright so not super comfy. I am thinking that they need cushions to be more comfy. Overall, if you are going for looks, they are a great purchase for the price.

Missing instructions!
First off, the instructions were not included. We tore the whole box apart looking for them. We even looked for it possibly on the mailing label. We had to assemble them using the diagrams on the sellers listing and also some common sense. Some of the holes did not align either. The chairs are fairly comfortable. Be cautioned that the chairs are not very balanced because when I stood up on the front foot rest to get up from the chair, I tipped forward.

Excellent fit and finish. Even a few extra screws are intentionally included just in case. Thoughtful.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
