Great poolside lounge
Sturdy and great to use around my pool

Sturdy but lightweight
The aluminum loungers were replacements for a wicker set. Thought it would be a nice change. They are sturdy and the wheels make them easy to move around. Although difficult to put together, they are perfect around the pool area. I added a quilted pad to make them softer but not really necessary. It depends on your comfort level. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

They are beautiful chairs, sturdy and a compliment to our pool area. It just took awhile to assemble. I would highly recommend these to others.

Nice chairs at a great price
I bought these because the decent price and to color match our other patio furniture. Very nice chairs, especially for the price [Inner voice: WHY ARE POOL CHAIRS SO EXPENSIVE?!?!?).The back adjuster feels a little flimsy, but it¡¯s too early to tell if there¡¯s a durability issue. The first chair took about 30 minutes to assemble¡ªhardware is wimpy so be careful tightening to not strip the head. There are two screws slightly longer than the others. Put those aside when you start out, so they don¡¯t get mixed up. I didn¡¯t, but I¡¯m also an idiot so be better than me. The second chair took me 12 minutes (wife timed me while critiquing my handiness and drinking White Claws. At least I¡¯m not basic...hopefully she doesn¡¯t see this).

These delivered as expected, well packaged and directions were clear. Seems to be well constructed. I'm happy with them for the price. We'll see how I feel after they go through the 4 seasons of Upstate NY.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
