Works well for my 9' rectangular umbrella
We were looking for a sub-$100 solution for a stable umbrella stand for our new 9 foot rectangular patio umbrella. This stand looked decent enough and seemed like it would provide enough weight (when filled with water and sand) to keep the umbrella upright in wind. So far, so good. The stand looks a little less glossy in person, which matters not to us since it gets the job done. It's fairly easy to reposition even after it's filled by using the folded umbrella as leverage to kind of tilt and roll the whole thing along the patio.

Nice unit
So far it is as advertised. Has adapters to fit several different size of umbrellas.

Easy and sturdy
I filled with sand and water instead of just water. It stands firm even in strong wind. Nice!

Holds it down
I live in a windy but sunny area. I have a large rectangle umbrella and the weight in the stand prevents my umbrella from becoming a projectile in the wind.

Good item
This is a good item but my umbrella doesn¡¯t stand straight. The pole is much thinner than the opening on the base so when you close it tightly with the screw, it holds it crooked. Hard to explain. But it¡¯s a durable base and I¡¯m pleased with it.

Works well
Holds up well. Has held my umbrella in 15 mph wind without tipping. We haven¡¯t had anything stronger since getting this.

The stand is just the right size for our deck. We get some pretty good gusts and so far it¡¯s stood up to them. I would recommend this base

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
