It¡¯s very comfortable with padded seat, removable cushion, & easily adjustable backrest. Very much like its sleek modern look, light weight & multi-purpose usage construction. I certainly recommend it. Just don¡¯t leave it out in severe weather without some protection.

Love the comfort. Cushion is great. Although, I can see where this chair might be a little small for a large or very tall person.

Very happy with this set. Pretty easy to assemble. Comfortable, sturdy yet light enough to move around easily.

Was not easy to put together for me. Instructions too small. Cushion is comfortable initially but collapses after a few sittings. Frame is sturdy!

Easy assembly for one person. Feels very sturdy. Extremely comfortable and the single cushion makes it very convenient to remove/replace if you are not planning to leave the cushion outside 24/7.

This lounge chair is very easy to put together. The cushion is a perfect thickness, very comfortable to sit on and the hardware is sturdy.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
