    Color is beautiful! Easy to put together,for the price great extra chair adding so much! A little stiff,I&#039;m sure otherwise will be fixed after use and I will buy another for otherside of room for balance!

    Chair looks just like in the picture and easy to assemble. It&#039;s a very comfortable chair and looks great. Couldn&#039;t have found anything better for that price.

    Chair is perfect as an accent piece in my spare bedroom. Beyond that, while, yeah, the seat cushion is very firm.. it is also actually not uncomfortable. Sat in it for about 30 minutes reading a book and I had no problems or negative feelings about the firmness. Kind of liked it.

    These chairs were a pleasant surprise .The affordability, size, style, and color were all big reasons why I chose this chair for our small sunroom.Pros:- easy to assemble- bright- well packaged- good width and depth for comfort and for small spaces- back height supports shoulders- wide enough to fold legs up into.Cons:- bit of a fire-hazard (materials)

    Arrived super fast. It looks superb in my place. It¡¯s definitely not comfortable but I bought it more for the aesthetics.

    This chair is exactly what my space needed. It¡¯s a very nice color. It¡¯s a great size and seems sturdy so far. The chair is great for reading, working, conversing or any other activity where you want to sit up straight. It wouldn¡¯t be a great chair to stretch out and nap in or watch a movie. Great purchase for the $ and it shipped fast!

    I love this chair, and so does my cats! I bought it as a add on to my bedroom to be able to sit and read. It has a firm back which I love. I am overall extremely happy about this purchase and will purchase again!

    Awesome looking chair and a great value as well. For the money you really can¡¯t do better than this. The box arrived well before the expected date and in perfect condition. It¡¯s was super easy to put together and they even supply the tool and a couple of extra bolts with the kit. It would also like to give the seller five stars as well. My initial order was destroyed by UPS whilst shipping and when I emailed a photo of the box the seller immediately refunded my money so I ordered another. Thanks seller!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
