    Sturdy, roomy. Smelled a little funny when first assembled but the smell went away within a few days. More spacious than I thought and looks good in my bedroom!

    better than expected. absolutely loved it! good quality and so easy to put together . I think this was the easiest I've ever put anything together. only took 10 min to assemble after laying everything out. will order another one for my daughter's room for sure.

    Very nice dressers. Smell is awful. It has been 2 weeks and the smell makes us ill. I have sprayed with Febreeze and a few days later Lysol.

    Bought it so my fiance would have a place to store his underwear and 5000 pairs of socks, and it fulfilled our needs. It's stylish and extremely easy to build. Took me roughly half an hour, at most, and only because I kept getting distracted by Youtube videos. Definitely recommend it!

    My kids put it together (although the younger one had to enlist the older one's help when she couldn't get the screws in the hole). Looks good, and is sturdy enough for the price I paid.

    I am so excited and happy with this storage tower. It was easy to put together, and the bins are well made and very sturdy. It has an option to attach to the wall if you feel you need to. I had quite specific measurements I needed, and this is perfect. I don't use it for heavy items, so not sure how much weight it would hold, but it certainly serves my purpose very well!

    Works great for extra storage. Bins are sturdier than expected. Unit has an odd and unpleasant smell, but it is gradually fading. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
