    Love it. Bought 2. Easy to put together by myself. Hardest part was getting out the vacuum sealed tools haha. The storage capacity is great!

    I was looking for something like this for a long time and I finally decided on this one, that was the best decision. This was super easy to assemble, i think i did it in 20 minutes. It has great storage space and is a really pretty color. The only thing I would say is it could stand to be just a tad bit wider. Amazing product stop looking and just get this one.

    We keep it near our coat closet with mittens, hats, and scarves in it. It takes less space than an Ikea Kallax with baskets for drawers and weighs a lot less. It assembled easily. The drawers are fabric, so this wouldn't be appropriate storage for heavier items. I do wish it were a bit taller, either with more drawers or deeper drawers.

    I¡¯m using it for storage for my office/guest room. The instructions is pretty simple but when it came to place the support at the back the bolt is too long for the nut. I have to go Home Depot to fine a better fastener to have better support at the back. It¡¯s good storage for minor not heavy thing once I have the fasteners to fix this problem.Update:Went to Home Depot and found metal washer that helped to fasten the nut at the back. Used two per each side of the nut and the screw.

    This was such a good deal. I needed a small dresser to hold clothes and this was a cheaper option than a wooden dresser. It looks great and can easily be taken apart so I don¡¯t have to leave it behind when I move.

    I¡¯m so proud of myself! I bought this yo store my newborn baby clothes and diapers because I have such small space for now. I was waiting for someone to put it up for me but I got too excited and had some free time so I just followed the directions and up it up myself! The instructions were ¡°good enough¡± with the pictures and letters, didn¡¯t take long, no extra tools needed and it¡¯s ¡°steady enough¡±. I love it! Would recommend this product.

    I was able to put it together without the need of a tool kit as all of the materials were supplied.There was no smell! I went with this product over similar and cheaper items because reviews stated there was a formaldehyde smell to the product ouch.

    This item is just as it appears! Great use for clothes and I love the fabric drawers that pull in and out easily. Just what a wanted!!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
