    This dresser has been great, particularly because it's easy to assemble and disassemble. At first, it appears that it wouldn't be sturdy, but looks can be deceiving - my cat loves to jump on it and so far it's stayed standing, with little wobbling, even on carpet. I'm a recent graduate so I'm still moving around a lot from place to place and I didn't have the patience or need for a heavy, wooden dresser because they are hard to move and you can't disassemble it. This dresser has worked great for all the moving I have and will do. Definitely recommend!

    Ordered this as my studio has no storage space. Very easy to assemble. I use it to store my everyday clothes. Looks good and decent.

    I love how roomy this dresser is ...easy to assemble , move around and it looks nice too ...I went ahead and ordered another one in a different size ...now I have left over space ! Great value!

    Perfect if you¡¯re looking for simple storage that looks way better than plastic bins, and way cheaper than a dresser. Accurate description, easy to put together. So glad I didn¡¯t spend a ton of money on a new dresser for my son¡¯s room.

    It's a decent product. My wife didn't believe it when I told her the price I paid ($85).I agree with her - it's over priced esp when you look at it after purchasing it.You are likely to find something similar for half the price in the market.--Pros:Very good design.Drawers slide nicely.Cons:Low value for the moneyIt took 90 min for me to assemble; I used my own tool-kit.Tools that came with are not of good quality.

    Love it!!!! At first it seemed confusing to put together but after starting the first shelf it was fairly easy. It is sturdy and fits my husband and my shoes neatly. I would recommend this product....

    Quality built and upscale looking! Pretty easy to put it together. I¡¯ve got one of their horizontal one already. This vertical one makes a perfect pair!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
