Great quality side table for the price.

We ordered 2 tables to go with our soft seating patio furniture. The assembly was easy and straight forward. It took about 15 minutes to assemble each table. They are very sturdy and go with the furniture perfectly. The price was significantly less than a table to match from the site we bought the furniture from. We are very pleased with the quality and price.

The holes where the legs attach to the table all lined up perfectly. All of the screws (12) threaded all of the way down using only fingers, then a half turn with the included hex key to tighten. Every connection of the light gauge steel table top is welded together. Nothing fancy, just a nice little quality table that is perfect for setting a couple of drinks on in the evening or a cup of coffee on in the morning.

This is a table that gets the job done - nothin' fancy, nothin' extremely spectacular, no extra features like spring folding or cup holders or anything. Just the way I like it. It comes in the box, has clear instructions on how to assemble, and within 10 minutes (5 if your hands aren't so stiff like mine) boom you have a firm, sturdy table. Not elegant. Not spectacular. But a nice table. Great for outdoors on a patio during the spring/summer!

These tables seemed the right size and were relatively inexpensive. The come flat-pack with all the hardware with hex-panhead bolts. When you put the bolts in keep them loose until all 3 are in place. The table when assembled is light yet sturdy. The table is a good buy.

Good patio table to go with my new furniture. Need a diff color so I¡¯m going to paint it, but it blends with the other tables i already have. Not bad. Legs are a little bit crooked when assembled (bent inward) but I¡¯m okay with that.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
