    I am 63, my dad is 95. We porch sit on warm days, but hard to get up and down out of regular lawn chairs. We purchased 2 and I put them together in no time. They are sturdy and the ease of using them is fantastic for us older folks. We may get more.

    Fairly easy to put together. Hubby did it by himself. Comfortable. Only have had for a month or so, so it hasn't gone through a windy day or a storm. Think they'll hold up though.

    Super easy to assemble. Matches the finish on pub height table I also purchased, which is a big plus. The pub chairs look good and like they will last.

    These chairs met all my desires and needs. The frame color matches my current patio table set perfect. I was able to assemble each chair in 20min easy. Material is strong and durable.

    We purchased 8 of these bar stools for our new enclosed back porch. We wanted nice looking, high back bar stools with arms, that were sturdy but comfortable. Even though they are very light weight they are very sturdy. These barstools have fit all of our needs. They did not disappoint!

    Comfy and a good value. The welds are lacking visual quality, but for the price this will work.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
