    Great item. Someone needs to write in simple language how to assemble. I¡¯ve put 4 chairs together now and understand the process

    I have absolutely nothing bad to say about these chairs! They are sturdy, light weight, comfortable and the price was great! I love them! They work perfectly with my bar-height outdoor table! I hit the jackpot with these chairs!

    they were really pretty easy to put together...i know i gave 5 stars on all that was asked above and only 4 stars overall and that is because when it rains you have to tip the chairs to the side to get the water off the seat and when you do this all kinds of rust comes out and has totally discolored parts of my deck.

    Very sturdy but it does take two to put together, especially when you get to the last pieces. Not hard or anything like that, just making it easier to line everything up to get in those final screws. We love using them on our deck! Very comfortable and pretty color! Recommend!

    Great chairs. Solid and sturdy: holds my 260 lbs. easily. It's great for sitting at the bbq.

    I bought these to go with a bistro set that I have so I would have 2 additional chairs that looked almost alike. Look good, I'm happy but direction weren't that good and it took my husband and me over 2 hrs to put together. Worth it in the end for the price.

    When putting together, do not tighten the screws all the way until you have all the parts put together, then go back and tighten everything up.

    Great purchase. We were concerned that we could not go and sit in them and that they were high enough to see over our balcony railing. All was good. Comfortable and sturdy. We enjoy eating on the balcony and watching the sun set over the Pacific. Life is good.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
