    The chairs were relatively easy to put together. They are a little taller than I anticipated but we were able to make them work with the table for which I bought them. They are comfortable and roomy.

    These chairs are good sized and look really nice at our patio bar. Only drawback is you can¡¯t sit on them with bare skin or you get marked with the pattern of the mesh on your skin.

    First, kudos to the seller. I'm not sure what happened behind the scenes, but ups alerted me that the product may not be coming my way. I checked with the seller, who responded same day with a tracking number, and the chairs arrived on time. The chairs are great. Sleek, sharp, great color . Nice height, and verrry comfortable.

    We love these bar stools. They are very comfortable and lightweight that they can be moved easily. The quality of the stools is good. Once we put one together, the rest were fairly easy to build. Easy to assemble, they are definitely worth the money! Definitely would recommend them to others.

    Only hang up with these chairs is that the assembly directions are not very clear. Only advise i can give you is to completely seperate all screws and bolts and washers. After the first one the rest come together a little easier.

    I was very pleased with the final product after setting them up. The assembly was pretty straightforward and easily done by one person. I was surprised on how lightweight the stools were, especially considering how sturdy they are. I'm a big guy (6' and 300lbs) and these stools made me very comfortable and confident to sit on. They look really nice and are the perfect height to go with my outdoor bar.

    We love the look these bar stools, very easy to assemble with pictures and step by step instructions, and it feels sturdy.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
