    So far no issues. They can be stored easily in the winter and look great by the pool during the summer.

    So low to the ground, very hard to get out of if you are up there in age. Again. VERY LOW to the ground. but they are comfortable to lay on. Just so hard to get up.

    This is a great set of loungers, they are comfy and cute, they match our other outdoor furniture good.. they are pretty sturdy so far and have held well over 200lbs.. The one negative is they don¡¯t lay completely flat, but they do move up several positions.

    Excellent customer service and value! It¡¯s not often to shop from such a value-priced company with 4 star service. The chairs were beautiful and comfortable and we must have just had a lemon set. Beautiful style and the fabric holds up to Arizona sun, which is more than any others we¡¯ve had over the last 10 years here. Even after two monsoon dust storms with Arizona dust, they just spray clean and look new each time. The ergonomic design is really nice and low profile. Thanks for the excellent customer service and styling!

    I love how these lounges come ! Folded with a handle for easy carrying! I love the way they look, they're comfortable ! I am obsessed with these loungers you cannot find another set for this price !!! Seriously worth every penny!!!!! Also a bonus- they came about a week earlier than they said they would! Fabulous!!!

    The pillows are a bit thin, but like they are removable! My favorite feature is that the chair can be folded up and taken to the beach or anywhere!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
