    We really like the handle for ease of folding up for transport. We set them up to lay out in backyard and have taken to the beach. Perfect.

    Perfect addition to my patio. The loungers are lightweight but sturdy and are very comfortable. Easy to store away at the end of the season. I would definitely recommend this product.

    That being said the chairs do sit a little low, but once seated they are remarkably comfortable. What I like most about them is they fold up like a suitcase and they have a handle that you can use to take them inside if a big storm should approach. Very high style!

    This is exactly what I was looking for and the price is great. It's easy for me to carry around and its sturdy. I'm 255 lbs 5'8 and it supports me and is sturdy. The chair doesn't lay all the way flat but I can still tan my back just fine. I purchased the cream color and it looks elegant.

    I have been looking for affordable Chaise lounge chairs and I¡¯m so happy with this purchase! Super comfortable, arrived assembled and look great! If I had one comment for improvement would that they lay completely flat. Love them!

    Really love the chairs . Especially for the price . They make the pool look so elegant . We left ours out but with dawn soap and water they looked like brand new .

    no assembly required, looks great if you have modern style pool, price is right.Its very low to the ground (its what I want( but could be a problem for some people.

    I ordered these very late in the summer. I wanted them for additional seating around the pool. They are in Storage as I live in NE. I did take them out of the box and they look great. Can't wait till next year to try them out.

    Nice looking. Easy to setup. Fold into a compact size for storage or to take to beach. They even come with a convenient handle for moving them in or out of storage or a car.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
