    Love the design and great for the price. They are very low to the ground, not like most lounge chairs which are usually higher, but i like that!!

    Love them. Not the thickest pillow, but comfortable enough. It looks more expensive than them. This is a good purchase price.

    Seems very durable and sturdy (6' 190lb male). Extremely comfortable. Love that it folds up and has a handle so you can take it with you. Really just great value, and it shipped much sooner than expected.

    Great value. I don't know how they'll hold up long term, but I was immediately impressed that I could pull them out of the box assembled (other than unfolding and slipping on the covers). The covers are a nice fabric that has proved to be water resistant enough to dry quickly after a rain. So far so good.

    Just got them, so I cannot speak for quality yet. least amount of assembling which I love. Only thing is I wish the couchins were more thick, but for the price I¡¯m satisfied!!

    For the price these are a great option. After reading reviews I was concerned about rusting and damage to my paver patio so I moved them to a grass area before a few consecutive days of rain.

    This is a good lounge made of steel so it will rust in elements.. best used in protected areas. The vinyl covering may obscure the rusting for a period of time.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
