    I bought these for my father for father's day and he loves it. Says it is so comfortable and he's 86 so that is something. My son put it together for him and he said it was a piece of cake. I'm having a pool put in my backyard and I'm going to order more of these. They really have that zero gravity comfort. And they are relatively lightweight so easy to move from place to place in the yard.

    We love these rockers! Just the right size. Easy to assemble. Nice to be able to lean our head back and rock. Comfortable chairs! We 1st had them just rockin' on the concrete which had a crunchy sound. So we bought a 5x7 outdoor rug to put under them and now it's a smooth rocking experience. Thank you for making these! We've been looking for outdoor rockers that fold for yrs!

    I needed a chair for a big person, not your size 18 girl. This chair is very comfortable. It is worth the price. Easy fold down & fold up. Love it!

    I have tried several folding rocking chairs and this is by far the best! Use this in our RV. Folds up like a camp chair. Heavy and durable, so much so that I would not want to carry it too far. Great folding rocker

    I'm around 260 pounds and this supports me easily. Once I unfolded and folded, it is easy to do. Personally use it in my room to rock my newborn at night and really like the fact I can use for a lot more.

    They look beautiful and are very well built. Assembly was much easier with 2 people, but if I could do it, you probably can also! Very happy with this purchase.

    Excited to received the lounger. Irate that it's missing all the hardware. Update: Customer service was excellent and took care of the situation with urgency.
    The chair is exactly what I wanted.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
