Today I went to go assemble the drawer and it was defective. The holes were drilled in the wrong spots and I even put the brackets on. I can¡¯t even return the item to get a new one. But the got in contact with me to send a new one and it was assembled with no issue. Thank you for going up and be to make their customers happy.

I was a bit turned off by the price but it was perfect..fit perfectly where I wanted it to...perfect amount of drawers...easy to put together (and that's a big deal for me). It's sturdy and the colors look beautiful in my room. I lalalove it!

It was pretty easy to assemble the metal base. The drawers are a good size but come folded up. Three of the four drawers have an insert to keep them straight and the bottom flat. One drawer did not have such an insert though so the bottom of that drawer sags and the sides collapse easily and difficult to pull it out without a collapse. Hoping someone will send me an insert.

I like that this was easy to put together, but it is smaller than I thought it would be and little more flimsy than I hoped. The drawers don¡¯t close all the way and look a little lopsided when full because I have clothes in there. I have to push the drawers all the way in and lift up a little every time I open them. It does fit in the closet nicely.Edit: The product itself is how it is described and it is a great value for the cost. The company was kind enough to offer to send me an additional product, their customer service is great!

I love this drawer, nice color and easy installation. I assembled it by myself. I Like the wooden handle, durable and easy to grasp. I purchase for organizing my underwear and some lotions. Ita??s great quality and no odor smell. Because I ordered some organizer bins from China, the odor smell still since I bought it last winter. So I am Very happy to buy something nice and good stuffs. Would like to buy a new bigger one if we have space for it. cause ita??s light and easy to assemble. Like I would move to a new place in few years, this is not too expensive and easy to uninstall and move along with us. Very recommended.

I like the fact that they have wooden handles them and a wooden top the unit. The drawers hold a lot of stuff and they are very sturdy. I purchased not only the four drawer unit but I got the five drawer unit as well and they look great side by side and the solid tops make them look great together.

I did not get instructions when I first got the product. But to be fair, the product itself was really good and the customer service did provide instructions in 6 hours from my request. Maybe their office is in China or sth because they responded at 10PM. But overall, CS was good and quality was good but still I did not get the instructions. I ended up solving the puzzle alone because I could not wait for the instructions. Took me about 40 minutes to make the closet.

Easy to put together, comes with the tools necessary. The top is made of hard wood (possibly plywood), the handles of a solid wood, and the screws and brackets are made of a heavy metal. It is very sturdy and the drawers pull in and out with ease, currently with nothing in them. And it stands a little shorter than I thought it would. But all in all it's a very good piece of furniture.

This fabric dresser organizer is not bad looking for the price but the drawers dona??t close properly unless I lift them up by their sides and manually push them the last 2 inches to the back. This happens after each time Ia??ve opened them. If you plan using it to store items youa??ll need every day, it may become rather annoying. I can work with it, since mine only holds paperwork.8/15/19 UPDATE: the company DaZhi-us contacted me after seeing my review, concerned that I wasna??t as happy with the dresser organizer as they had hoped. They told me another organizer was already the way and to please keep both. They wanted me to be satisfied and that is outstanding customer service! I indeed received another dresser and it works better because I filled it with lighter items. The customer service of this seller is by far the best I have received in years!

These are a very good height. It was unbelievable easy to assemble. I did it in under 10 min by myself (I'm not much of a builder). They are cloth, not wood, so it's a little pricey.

These were better quality that i anticipated! I expected the frame to be somewhat flimsy, but itnis actually a very sturdy metal. The drawers are a thick fabric and much deeper than i expected, and has a very good amount of storage space. It's very easy to assemble, and the instructions were very easy to understand.

Satisfied with product. Fairly easy to assemble. Perfect size to store my grandsclothes and he can get his own clothes. The only dislike would be that drawers don't have a stop, so one good tug by my grandspulls the whole drawer out.
