Great for small organization
It great product my something needs to be done in how the handles are packed. My handles arrives broken. I would not recommend for heavy things like jeans..shirts and light material is best.

Excellent choice
Very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. Also love the Dark Indigo color. Great optifor storing additional items that you just can't find room for in your closet.

It is somewhat small, should've gone with the bigger one. A couple small parts were missing, customer support reached out to me and offered me a new one. They were awesome! I did not accept it since it would be unfair to take a new one for a couple missing parts. This is by far the best customer support I have ever received any product. Kudos to the customer support team!

Update : Product is still good
Update : After seeing my review the customer service has been kept in touch with me numerous times in order to resolve the issue. The product itself is still great, and so is the customer service :).The product is good so far but the shipping boxes are close to garbage. I was worried the drawer may be damaged after seeing the beat up, ready to be torn (already torn!) box. When I opened the box I found some old gum (ew) and a slip of someone's cracker package. I'd give a 0 for customer service.

Easy to build - great extra storage
Easy to assemble and great added storage space. Instructions were easy to follow. Make sure all 4 pre-drilled holes are facing out and the same side...that will become the back of the dresser. This will make sense when you are putting the piece together. I'm happy with this item.

I bought this to store dog leashes, treats and outdoor dog paraphernalia in. It fits the bill perfectly, as it melds nicely with my furniture in the room where it¡¯s placed.

Chic and Amazing
I bought this for my room as well as some other products by this company and put them together to make a dresser. Ita??s perfect! Took less than 10 minutes to assemble and holds a tof items as well as a rather large tv top.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
