Great product
Easy to assemble, great amount of writing space, and very sturdy.

It's cute!
It came way earliearlier than expected date. That made me happy. It took me exactly 4 hours to assemble it by myself. It's easier with 2 people but it's possible with one person, too. I just needed to hold it next to wall or something. The drawers are not deep all the way to the back of desk. They are actually short, and the bottom drawers doesnt have things to hang files. You might need some kind of divider. I love it overall and the color blends in with other things in my loft.

Great desk, crappy shipping
I would absolutely recommend this desk, it is beautiful and it is sturdy. Having said that, the shipping was pretty bad. The box came dented and ripped open like it had been thrown. The desk had a chip on it due to to the bad shipping. We had already invested the time putting it together so we just decided to count our losses and keep it.

Easy to assemble and durable product!
This product was easy to assemble and I was actually surprised how durable the product is. I was the only one that assembled it, and I got it right. The instructions are easy to follow but you have to read it well and do not rush, just take your time. Overall I¡¯m happy with my purchase. In addition, the package arrived safe and on time. More power to the company! Thank you so much!

I love the size and the draws..
My son put it together for me and had no problems with putting it together... I love the hutch type shelf it has.. I have my monitor sitting on it, love not having it on my desk... No more clutter so much more room, also brought it Because of the draws, it has 4 draws. I've been looking for a small computer desk with draws and this one has everything I wanted...Over all I'm very happy with my purchase...

Versatile but takes awhile to assemble
This desk is nice, sturdy, and functional. There are two downsides 1) the drawers are small and a letter-sized notebook or pages need to fit sideways; 2) it is hard to assemble, takes several hours and requires power tools.

Perfect
Needed a desk for my 9 year old granddaughter. This was perfect. It took a little while to assemble but all the hardware was included with no missing pieces.

Great Fast Delivery!
The product, its not 5-star...its typical assemble yourself desk. The instructions were very clear, all parts were included, holes all drilled in the correct place...etc. Instructions said it was a 2 person job but I did it myself, between answering work calls, in just a few hours.All in all a great product for the price and delivery was great. My daughter loves it and it works great for the new way of living (virtual school).

Took awhile to assemble, but so worth it!
I love my new desk! It is beautiful, functional and sturdy! It is perfect for my small space but still gives me lots of room to work, shelves & drawer to hold things & shelving on top for my photos and nicknacks. The only negative was that it took a long time and a lot of effort to assemble. It had SO many pieces and took a good few hours to get it together. If you don¡¯t have a lot of extra time or aren¡¯t handy with tools, do yourself a favor and just purchase the assembly too! Exceeded my expectations!

Great for small spaces!
I¡¯d say it was fairly easy to assemble. It is the perfect size for a small bedroom and sturdy! Great value!
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
