Very nice umbrella !
We are quite pleased with this umbrella. I¡¯m not quite tall enough to push the button to make it tilt, but fortunately my husband is!!! I do wish it had auto-tilt, but for the price point, we are totally satisfied with this umbrella.

Bought this umbrella because it was a great size and rectangular in shape to fit our rectangle table. It is very sturdy, easy to open and close with an attached set of ties to secure it when not open. Thick material...very happy with this.

Perfect Covering
This product is perfect for our rectangle table. The blue is dark and does not allow for the sun to penetrate it. Easy to crank up and down. There is a push button on the pole, allows you to tip the umbrella in a direction. Includes a tieback too. I would recommend this product.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
