So far, so good!
Perfect size for my small deck and does what I was looking for in a replacement for a small, non-tilting, standard-shape patio umbrella I have. Works well and seems sturdy enough. And it arrived ahead of schedule, too! We'll see how well the fabric holds up over time, but so far everything is good. I'm happy with it.

I am happy!
My old umbrella had to be manually raised and lowered: nope, did not like that feature. This umbrella has a crank that makes raising and lowering effortless. The colors are vibrant so the umbrella coordinates nicely with my patio color scheme. As a bonus, the price was right!

Nice patio umbrella for smaller spaces
This patio umbrella is the perfect size for our small round table and four chairs. The material seems durable and it is very easy to crank up and down.

Outdoor umbrella
Great outdoor umbrella, we had one previously but the wind took it out so we were just left with the table. This one is a big upgrade due to the fact that you can use the handle to lower and raise it and that you can put at different angles.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
