Sturdy, attractive, well-manufactured patio umbrella
Arrived packed well, and it was super easy to assemble. This feels much more solid than one I paid almost 3 times as much for a few years ago. We put this one up in minutes, and it's already obvious that it stands up to wind much better than our previous umbrella (which I purchased for its brand-name reputation). Highly recommended.

Look and feel of old Market
SOOOO Pleased. My old wooden Market umbrella bit the dust this year after several years in the desert sun. Have been searching for an affordable replacement that tilts and decided to give this one a try.

It's Beautiful !!
I purchased this item for my apartment terrace which is on the top floor and doesn't have a roof covering the terrace. So the umbrella will allow me to enjoy the terrace on those sunny days when I want to be outside.

Get a bigger one
It doesn't offer enough shade for two chairs by a tiny table. The pole makes it way too high and isn't adjustable. It is nice quality, just doesn't get the job done.

Mostly good umbrella,but a little tall.
Umbrella has overall been great. Have found with the design on top that allows the wind to circulate through the top that table/umbrella has not blown over in heavy winds (I usually try to put down before but haven't always).

Great Value, Strong Spokes, & Fabric Material
We were surprised by the strong spokes of this Patio Outdoor Table Umbrella. The crank to open or close this Umbrella is very smooth and very easy to use. The fabric material used for this Umbrella seems to be good, or is at least better than what we had before. We also really like the air ventilation, as it has been allowing the hot air to vent out of the center of this Outdoor Umbrella. The 9 ft coverage, and the adjustment of the positioning of the direction of this Outdoor Umbrella was what attracted us to this Outdoor Umbrella.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
