    They are surprisingly comfortable. My other fabric type chairs feel much more like plastic. These are a little softer. Hopefully they still hold up well. I was concerned that, because of the curve of the frame, it wouldn't be comfortable to lay on my stomach. It actually is very comfortable. Not an issue at all.

    Very comfortable. We purchased these chairs for next to the pool and are extremely pleased with them. There were some reviews that said the gap between the base and back support was uncomfortable and we were a little concerned but none of our family members have felt the same. We had a small issue with one of the chairs but reached out to the seller and they helped us right away.

    It took a longer time to receive this than we were told when ordering. When it finally arrived it was well packaged and easy to assemble. Nice looking lounge, looks similar to our other patio furniture. Clean lines. No armrests mean it's easy to get in and out of. The aluminum frame means it's light and easy to move around and it shouldn't rust We're very happy with our purchase!

    Purchased two sets of these (4 chairs) for our new pool and they make my backyard look like a 5 star all-inclusive resort. Super posh and have so far withstood use by my 3 yr-old (aka The Hurricane). I except these will last us quite a few years.

    Great chairs. A piece was missing but the seller quickly sent the piece I needed to complete the chairs. They were super easy to assemble and look amazing by the pool!!

    Great lounge chair that is strong, lightweight, comfortable and stylish. Easy to move around with wheels or to pick up and move. Easy to assemble. Tried it out for a week and bought another one as I liked it so much. A little cheaper if you buy 2 at once.

    Loungers were exactly as advertised. Attractive ¡°quilted¡± beige on brown aluminum pool-side furniture; simple assembly process and overall excellent quality. I was impressed enough with the original order that I ordered an additional pair. Crestlive service and support were outstanding.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
