    The chair was missing a specialty screw. There was no response from the company when an inquiry was made about sending the appropriate part.

    This lounger is the best value for the money. Its very sturdy , well made and comfortable. My dog use it all the time, he is 72lbs and my wife(110) will lounge with him in the lounger .I a like that that instruction to assemble this lounger is easy and the packaging is really nice.Its also lightweight so its very easy to bring it anywhere in the yard. A perfect lounger for my wife and the dog!Highly recommended !

    These are very light weight. I don't worry about it from a durability perspective, but I imagine I'll be retrieving them from the pool after strong storms. The positive of this is that they are easy to move. I plan on storing them in the attic during the winter which will be easy since they are so light.

    You have to interpret the assembly instructions. The main thing is the legs have to be assembled outward and not inward for stability. The assembly would be easier with written instructions instead of pictures, but it is fairly easy. The chair is very comfortable. I did not feel the need to add any padding to lay on it.

    I love these chairs! Comfortable, sturdy, and pretty easy to assemble with all parts and tools included. My only complaint would be the chair legs can be a little tricky to put on.They accidentally only sent me one chair instead of the set. I messaged the seller and they responded quickly and sent the remaining chair and table.

    We love these chaise lounges! They are great on our deck for the summertime heat. They were pretty easy to assemble, but I¡¯m not giving them 4 stars because one of the holes for the legs did not line up perfectly, which made that one leg challenging to put together. Otherwise, very easy to assemble!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
