    Lightweight but sturdy. I have had these chairs for a few months and I absolutely love them! They are exactly what I was looking for.

    The assembly of the chair was easy but it takes some skill to do this and the parts could have been better marked. For example the legs appear to fit squarely on the chair but as you assemble them, they don't and they have slight angles which are easy to reverse. The moveable top, I think could have been better designed. You need to bolt it in and if you bolt one side fully in the bolt on the other side will not reach. Better would have been two longer bolts with a teflon collar for the top of the chair to pivot on. These are minor faults but would have made for a better chair. In any case once assembled, the chair is handsome and seems durable. It is also quite comfortable. I think it represents a good value. As I have only had it for a day, I cannot speak for durability.

    Absolutely love these chairs. Lightweight, easy to assemble and sustains up to at least 200lbs. They look great by my pool. I love the price, too.

    I¡¯ve been looking for chairs for a while and they were either super expensive or very cheap with mixed reviews. These chairs are really awesome. Assembly was easy and they seem to be well built. They are very lightweight and super easy to move around. Comfortable in all positions and they lay flat. Really recommend these!

    The chairs arrived with some scratches to the frame/paint which I imagine will the first spots to rust out. One chair didn¡¯t line up correctly when assembling so one of the screws couldn¡¯t be put in. Otherwise assembly went quite smoothly.

    Lightweight so they¡¯re easy to move around. Not sure about ease of assembly because my husband did it¡­ :) but he didn¡¯t say it was difficult. I¡¯d buy them again, but hopefully they¡¯ll last and I won¡¯t have to. :)

    Just what we needed for our back patio. It was quick and easy to put together. It not only looks great , it is comfortable. I like to lay out on it and read my book recently. That¡¯s when the kids aren¡¯t trying to invade the new space! Look like it¡¯s built to last

    For their price, the chaise lounges are an excellent deal. They arrived in a very timely fashion. The lounges were easy to assemble once we figured out the directions. They are comfortable, attractive and are composed of solid, quality materials. I would purchase from the company again.

    Very good quality. Assembled in minutes. Durable design and materials. I¡¯m 6¡¯-5¡± tall, 250 lbs and it¡¯s quite comfortable and feels reliable. The middle legs unique to this chair adds a lot to strength. Nice big wheels (that look replaceable) and easy to move around. I¡¯m sure I¡¯ll get very good use of it!

    Really nice chairs especially for the price. Replaced steel chairs that rusted within 2 years in the Florida weather. We use cushions so are very comfortable

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
