Nice chairs, but be aware,....
These are overall very nice chairs. Sturdy, lightweight, comfortable. I like the included pillow. However, be aware, they do not dry quickly. There is a foam built into the fabric, which I¡¯m sure is there to make the chairs more comfortable, but it retains water and does not dry quickly. It rained one morning for about 10 minutes. Sat in them the following day in the afternoon and it was like sitting on a wet sponge. That was about 30 hrs after the rain. They might dry faster if left standing on their side, so the water runs to the edges. But haven¡¯t tried that yet.

Great chairs after all
Loved these chairs at first. They were well packaged and easily to assemble. Comfy and stylish. However, after a few months of being in the sun, they are blotchy and discolored. We got the light colored fabric, and it¡¯s turning brown on the bottom section. Kinda defeats the purpose of using them out next to the pool if they can¡¯t handle being in the sun.

Good price and good looking product
Good price and good looking product. I got these for those reasons and to put in my pool on shelf. Rubber leg bottom good and lightweight so easy to move. However, a little too light and they move a lot in the pool, even with water in them but i expect all furniture would. would get 2 more.

Very nice loungers
Nice quality, easy to assemble. Reasonable price. We live near the beach and need to replace our outdoor furniture frequently so we've seen lots of different pieces of furniture. This seems built to last for a while.

Nice
I like everything but it scratches so easy and shouldn't for the amount of money you pay. Touch up paint from the company should be a requirement for this purchase until the issue is resolved with their paint company.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
