    These are higher off the ground than other similar lounge chairs, easy to adjust, and have just the right amount of knee bend in the seat-leg platform.

    i love this product but it took an extremely long time before delivery....unfortunately now the weather is so unbearbly uncomfortable that sitting outside isnt possible.....so....I havent been able to really enjoy my chairs yet

    I was looking for something that didn't have cushions I had to replace every year. I also wanted a foot rest. These chairs are exactly what I wanted. The foot rest folds back making the chair a rocking chair. Very sturdy as well. We are pleased with our purchase!

    I bought this as a gift and it was missing the instructions manual. I called the company and they emailed it to me within twenty four hours. Otherwise I like the chair.

    Lightweight and easy to operate the various lounge settings. I love the color! It was perfect and matched the tan umbrella I bought. I thought price was good. I highly recommend this chair.

    I am a careful shopper. I research to get the highest quality for a reasonable cost. This Crestlive Products chaise longue is superior in every way to any other outdoor chaise lounge chairs available. We keep it outside all the time: wind, rain, snow, ice. Can hose it off and not worry about it.

    What more can I say. I read all the 5 star reviews and it convinced me not to waste my money on something that would last less than half as long. And now that it's on my back patio I see why the rating were so high. It is sturdy, simple and feels great to relax and read in, or just stare at the sky!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
