What a great chair! Totally worth the money! It¡¯s not oversized so it looks amazing on my deck and doesn¡¯t take up too much room! I love that it¡£Converts into a rocker too! Assembly was easy but one part had my husband puzzled for a few... once he figured it out it was smooth sailing! The color is really nice, blends with the different types of furniture we have as well and is super comfortable! I¡¯m very happy with my purchase! They are now selling two for $199.99 which is 100% worth the purchase! They weren¡¯t offering that deal when we purchased ours, that¡¯s our only dismay

Comfy, foldable and can recline
I wanted reclining loungers in my pool area, but also wanted the options to put them away and store them. These fit the bill. Comfy, can recline, and can be folded to either store or take to the beach, lake. And at a good price. I recommend.

Clever, comfortable! Instructions = a mess
In nyc where any outdoor space is at a premium, this was a no brained purchase. It¡¯s comfortable and practice although a bit cumbersome to switch from rocker to lounge chair. The one downside was a broken bolt which I replaced at my local hardware store. Also the instructions were horrendous and needed some explanations instead of diagrams only

Love these chairs so far! I am a little concerned about how the fabric will hold up over the season, but so far they are fantastic. I liked the first one so much that I bought a second.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
