    Very light weight, but still super sturdy to sit in. I¡¯m short and my husband is tall, and we are both comfortable in these chairs. Good overall pool chair.

    Good lookin, comfortable, sturdy and you can pack them up and take them anywhere....light too. We use them on the patio at home 24/7 here in Fla....lots of use.

    We didn't want a heavy lounge chair because we move these around a lot. These fit the bill. They look nice and are comfortable. I like the solid canvas like fabric better than the chairs with strips

    I find these to be comfortable, but keep in mind they don't have cushions. Good for the price. Easy to fold up and store.

    Just what we were looking for, aluminum so no rusting, comfortable lounge chairs. Light enough to hang on our fence when not in use. We're very happy with our purchase and plan to purchase two more.

    Well engineered. Folding stay on lower leg rest has improved design with collapsible metal strap eliminated using a hidden plastic clip instead, so fingers do not get pinched. This is my second one, and now have one for myself and one for my wife. Sturdy heavy gauge plastic fabric and tubing frame.

    Very nice and a decent price. I've looked all over for chairs like these that don't cost a fortune. Very sturdy, look nice, and comfortable.

    I have only had this product a few days but it seems very sturdy and good quality. It turns from a chair into a chaise which is wonderful and nice and light weight.

    I absolutely love this chair. I gave one as a gift. I try and relax outside every afternoon in my new chair. I told my husband I think we should get rid of the indoor furniture and put four of these in the living room! So far I¡¯ve not been allowed to do that

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
