    LOVE this chair!! I bought two, & will be buying two more. Very comfortable and it rocks back & forth like a rocking chair. I definitely recommend the chair!! The only downside is you can¡¯t lay on your stomach to tan your back. For front tanning it¡¯s perfect tho/ or lounging around.

    The chair is sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. It would have been better if the screws that handle the weight had been bigger. Also, the bushings could have been better quality. Should have provided extra screws.

    I am 5¡¯10¡± and have no problems with this chair. This sits so well my 6¡¯4¡± DH had me order another. We don't know how well it folds up, but it only took a minute to determine how to unfold it. (No directions included)

    Setting up and taking down took some getting used to but once my wife got the hang of it it¡¯s no problem now. My wife wanted a nice rocker to take with us camping that folds down into a bag to take up less space. Rocks easily in the grass.

    Ordered this after researching camp rockers. Used it for several months as a rocker for grandson while living in an apartment away from home. Good rocker. Easy to fold - READ THE DIRECTIONS or search online - can be a little tricky.

    Product very well made and easy instructions for 70yr. Old Lady to follow.??I must tell you that it was very awkward and too hard for me to get in and out of. Gave it to my niece who absolutely loves it!(lots younger)Well worth the money!

    I love this lounge chair. It is made well. Is very sturdy. Took husband about an hour to put it together. I have told all my friends and family they need this chair also. It rocks but not to far back that you think you¡¯re falling. It¡¯s perfect in every way. A great addition to our porch.

    Love the chairs. Definitely 2 person job putting them together. Not the best directions.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
